* Gemstones and books may be shipped separately. For expedited shipping in the U.S., we offer two FedEx options: Weekday Delivery and Saturday Delivery. Please note that some FedEx services are not available for all locations. Arrival times may vary in more remote locations.

Because we must calculate this charge manually, it will not appear in your order total on the Checkout page. Our delivery dates are estimates; actual times depend on how long the package takes to pass through customs. Important Notes About International Orders Customs and Other Fees We are required to include a declaration of each package’s purchase value on the outside shipping label. Before placing your order with us, please refer to your country’s laws, codes, and processes regarding the importation of foreign goods for personal use, and whether taxes, duties, or other fees apply. If taxes, duties, or other fees on foreign goods received in your country apply, payment of those fees is the customer’s sole responsibility. Lost Packages Gemisphere will replace a lost international order with a value over $800 only if it was shipped using Federal Express International. The customer assumes sole responsibility for lost packages over $800 that were shipped using any other method (including Priority Mail International). To qualify for replacement, a lost package must be reported to Gemisphere within 60 days of purchase. Note: Shipping rates are subject to change without notice. |
